Today, the class met with Illinois Electric Cooperative Marketing Manager and Morgan-Scott CEO Board President, Jenissa Ezard, to discuss the criteria for a $2,500 award Illinois Electric Cooperative is offering CEO students. The cash award goes towards furthering students' education and careers. As a class, the students decide how the money will be awarded and set the criteria for the award. This exercise is a great way to reinforce communication skills, negotiation skills, and learning to disagree respectfully.
