Today the class had the opportunity to hear from Molly Peters, Administrator for the Scott and Greene County Health Departments.

Molly shared with the students what it takes to lead a public health organization and the many ways the health departments serve our communities. From promoting wellness and prevention to responding during times of crisis, she gave the class a great look at the responsibility and impact of public health leadership.

She also spoke about her own career path, the importance of communication, collaboration, and being willing to step into leadership roles when opportunities arise. Her insights helped students see how strong leadership and service can make a real difference in the lives of others.

Thank you, Molly, for investing your time in the Morgan-Scott CEO students and for the important work you and your teams do every day for our communities (and for the donuts)!
