The class had the opportunity to visit Peace on the Prairie just outside of Murrayville this morning, where owner Kevin Klein spoke with the students about creating a successful rural Airbnb business.

Kevin shared the story behind the property and how he transformed the peaceful countryside setting into a destination where guests can slow down, relax, and enjoy the beauty of rural Illinois. He talked with students about the importance of recognizing opportunity, creating an experience for customers, and the work that goes into building a business that people want to return to again and again.

Hearing directly from entrepreneurs like Kevin helps CEO students see how creativity, vision, and persistence can turn an idea into a thriving business.
